RetentionGrade — Free Klaviyo Account Audit

1. Service Description

RetentionGrade ("the Service") is a free Klaviyo account audit tool operated by Sweat Pants Agency LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The Service analyzes your Klaviyo account data through a read-only API key to generate a performance audit report.

2. API Key Usage

By using the Service, you authorize us to access your Klaviyo account data using the read-only API key you provide. We use this key solely to perform the audit analysis during your session. Your API key is transmitted securely to our servers, used only during the audit process, and is never stored in any database or persistent storage.

3. Data Collection

We collect and store: (a) your email address if you choose to provide it to view the full report, (b) aggregate audit results including scores and findings, and (c) account-level metrics such as revenue totals and engagement rates. We do not store individual customer data, profile information, or email content from your Klaviyo account.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Audit results are generated based on data available through the Klaviyo API at the time of the audit. Benchmarks and recommendations are based on industry standards but may not apply to every business model. The Service provides informational analysis only and should not be considered professional consulting advice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sweat Pants Agency LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on audit results.
